We also offer a casing shirring. In this technical process a long, continuous casing is compressed into a compact, pleated “stick” suitable for further use. The resulting shirred casing is ready for use on sausage stuffing machines.

Derma offers shirring of polyamide casings, with or without print, as well as collagen casings, in diameters ranging from 32 mm to 120 mm and in length that you require.
